VIEW MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

View your Endorba Plus membership details by completing the following steps:

1. Sign in and go to the preferences area.
2. In the account status field, click the Endorba Plus information (ℹ) button.

SWITCH PLAN

Switch your membership plan by completing the following steps:

1. Open the membership status view.
2. When the membership status view appears, click the Switch button.
3. When the Endorba Plus plan selection view appears, select your preferred membership plan.
4. Click the Subscribe button.

A view will appear that will guide you through the transaction process.

Your membership plan will switch over at the end of your current billing cycle.

CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

Cancel your membership plan by completing the following steps:

1. Open the membership status view.
2. When the membership status view appears, click the Manage button.

The Music or iTunes application will open – depending on which version of macOS is installed on your Mac.

A view will appear with information about subscriptions associated with your Apple ID – you may need to sign in at this point.

3. When the subscriptions list appears, click the Edit button that corresponds with Endorba Plus.
4. When the subscription details appear, click the Cancel Subscription button.
