Delete All Data

  1. Open the application.
  2. Navigate to the embedded preferences area.
  3. Click the Other Tasks button.
  4. When the view appears, click the Delete All Data button.

You will be required to authenticate your ownership of the account.

  1. When the view appears, select one of following options for the scope of the operation:
This DeviceRemoves all of your user data from the local device.
All DevicesRemoves all of your user data from the local device and your iCloud repositories (if applicable).
This will result in your user data being removed from any devices signed in to your iCloud account.

NOTE: If you choose to delete from All Devices then you will be signed out of the application following the operation.

  1. When you are ready to start the operation, click the start button.

A timer will begin counting downwards.
When the timer reaches zero the operation will begin.

You can click the STOP button or the Cancel (X) button (in the header bar) to cancel the operation.

When the operation is complete your user data will have been removed from the local device.

If you have inbound sharing arrangements then course data owned by third parties will remain on your devices.

If you choose to delete from All Devices then there may be a delay before data is removed from all of your devices.
You may need to open the app on each device with an active network connection to allow the data to be removed from each device.
