Reset Password

NOTE: If you can remember your current account password and want to change it, you can simply update your password.

IF YOU ARE SIGNED OUT

  1. Open the application.
  2. Navigate to the sign-in scene.
  3. Click the quick help (?) button.
  4. Click the Reset Password button.
  5. Enter your registered email address into the alert that appears.
  6. Click the Submit button of the alert that appears.
  7. An email will be sent to your registered email address with instructions relating to resetting your password.
  8. Open the link or URL within the email that you receive to navigate to the password reset web page.
  9. Enter a new password value on the password reset page.
  10. Confirm your new password value on the password reset page.
  11. Click the submit button on the password reset page.

IF YOU ARE SIGNED IN

  1. Navigate to the embedded preferences area.
  2. Open the User Preferences view.
  3. Under heading Account, click the Other Tasks button.
  4. Click the Reset Password button.
  5. Enter your registered email address to the alert that appears.
  6. Click the Submit button of the alert that appears.
  7. An email will be sent to your registered email address with instructions relating to resetting your password.
  8. Open the link or URL within the email that you receive to navigate to the password reset web page.
  9. Enter a new password value on the password reset page.
  10. Confirm your new password value on the password reset page.
  11. Click the submit button on the password reset page.
