Arrangement, Sharing | An agreement to share course content between Endorba users. |
Direction, Share | An indication of whether a sharing arrangement is inbound or outbound with respect to a user. |
Owner | The person who owns the course associated with a sharing arrangement. |
Participant | Any person who is currently part of a sharing arrangement. |
Share, Inbound | A sharing arrangement involving a course that was shared with you by a third party. |
Share, Outbound | A sharing arrangement involving a course that you are sharing with others. |
ACCESS LEVEL
The access level applied to a sharing arrangement defines who can access the shared course material.
The two access level options are People you invite and Anyone with the link.
When you assign an access level of People you invite, you must nominate each participant in the sharing arrangement.
When you assign an access level of Anyone with the link, any person who opens the invite link and accepts the sharing arrangement may become a participant.
The access level assigned to a sharing arrangement can be updated whilst it is active.
PERMISSION
The permission applied to a sharing arrangement defines what a participant can do with the shared course content.
The two permission options available are View only and Can make changes.
When a permission of View only is assigned, participants can present the course content only.
When a permission of Can make changes is assigned, participants can present and edit the course content.
CAUTION: A permission of Can make changes allows participants to modify and delete course content.
Permissions assigned to a sharing arrangement can be updated whilst it is active.
